Version 1.0 · 28 October 2026
Terms.
These terms apply to this deployment of the Autarcho network. Read them before you add credit. By using the network you accept them.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and the operator of this deployment of the Autarcho network ("Autarcho", "the network"). They are not between you and the authors of the software, and they are not between you and the independent operators who serve models on the network.
There is no company, registered address or legal entity published for this deployment. The only support channel is the Discord server linked from the contact page. If you need a counterparty with a legal identity before you spend money, do not use the network.
2. The service
The network routes a prompt to an independent operator running a model, and returns the generated text. Generation is metered per token. The network does not host the models, does not control the hardware they run on, and does not guarantee that any particular model is online.
The models are third-party artefacts. Their outputs can be wrong, biased, offensive or unsafe. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is fit for your purpose.
3. Keys and accounts
An API key is the account. There is no email address, password reset or account recovery. The gateway stores only a hash of the key and cannot show it to you again. Anyone who holds the key can spend the credit attached to it. If you lose the key, its balance cannot be recovered; rotate the key from the client while you still hold it.
You are responsible for keeping the key confidential and for everything done with it. Do not put a key in a public repository, a client-side application you do not control, or a support message.
4. Credit and payment
Credit is bought with USDC on Solana mainnet and is spent per token at the price set by the operator serving the model. That price can change between requests. The current price is shown in the app before you send.
Credit is a prepaid balance recorded against your key. It is not a bank deposit, a wallet you control, or an investment. It bears no interest, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable except through key rotation, which moves the balance with the account.
USDC transfers on Solana are irreversible. A transfer sent to the wrong address, sent as SOL instead of USDC, or sent without the reference account required by the deposit flow may not be credited and cannot be reversed by the network. Credits are not refundable except where the law requires it or where the operator chooses to refund in its discretion.
The protocol fee is 20% of the value of each job; the operator serving it keeps 80%. This is a split of what you are charged, not an additional charge.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the network to:
- break any law that applies to you, including laws on illegal content, harassment, fraud, or sanctions;
- generate or distribute content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or gives instructions for weapons, malware or serious harm;
- circumvent metering, billing or rate limits, or attempt to obtain service without paying for it;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the gateway, the payout service, or an operator's machine;
- resell access in a way that hides who is generating the traffic, or use the network as a proxy for unrelated traffic;
- infringe intellectual property or violate the rights of others.
The operator may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes these rules have been broken or that the network is being harmed.
6. Prompts and confidentiality
Your prompt is processed on an independent operator's machine. The operator can read it. The network provides no end-to-end encryption and no confidentiality for prompts or outputs. Do not send secrets, credentials, personal data you are not entitled to process, medical records, or anything you would not put in a public place.
7. Availability and changes
The network is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no service level, no uptime commitment and no guarantee of capacity. Models can disappear when an operator goes offline. Features, prices and these terms can change; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new version number.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or to protect the network or its operators. On termination for breach, unused credit is forfeited. On any other termination, unused credit remains attached to the key and can be spent if access is restored, but is not refundable in cash.
9. Disclaimers
The network and the models are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that outputs are correct, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost credit, or business interruption, however caused. The total liability for any claim relating to the network is limited to the amount of credit you spent in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the operator against claims, damages and costs arising from your use of the network, your content, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these terms
The current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the network after a change means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the network and spend or abandon the remaining credit.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms go to the Discord server linked from the contact page. Do not include API keys or private keys in a message.
