Contact.
There is one support channel: the Discord server. There is no email address and no ticket system.
What the server is for
- Support with credit, deposits or payouts that did not arrive.
- Trial keys during the preview, while they are being issued.
- Reports of a model that is offline, a failed job, or a client bug.
- Worker installation questions.
Answers are best effort. There is no response-time commitment and no on-call rota.
Never send a key
Do not post an API key, a Solana private key, or a seed phrase. Nobody operating the network will ask for one. If you need help with an account, send the first 12 characters of the SHA-256 fingerprint of the key instead; the gateway logs and the admin API both use that form, and it is enough to find the account without exposing it.
Security reports
Report a vulnerability privately to a moderator on the Discord server rather than in a public channel. Include what you tested, how to reproduce it, and what you think the impact is. Do not run denial-of-service tests, do not touch other people's accounts, and do not exfiltrate data.
Payout and deposit problems
Have the transaction signature ready. Deposits are matched on the reference account in the transfer, so a transfer sent without it cannot be attributed automatically and needs a manual look. Payouts are batched; a small balance sits until it reaches the transfer threshold.
